1. Delivery area

G’LORE London currently focuses on delivery to valid addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

2. Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is complimentary unless a different charge is clearly shown before you place your order.

3. Estimated delivery time

Our current estimated UK delivery window is 6–11 calendar days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, dispatch or tracking information.

4. Delays

Delivery can be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, customs checks, public holidays, unusually high demand or incorrect address details. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to update you. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

5. Tracking and split deliveries

Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. An order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional standard delivery fees because an order is split.

6. Address accuracy

Please check your name, postcode, delivery address and contact details before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged only where permitted by law and clearly explained.

7. Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, or if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact glore.ssupport@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and, for damage or an incorrect item, clear photographs where practical. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
